Story
Braud's story begins in late 2014, with an old gas fire deck oven, started a small batch production in a small warehouse in Bali. Aiming to be the authentic Sourdough Bakery , we went from door to door, cafe to cafe, offering some exceptional quality fresh loaves. Now we serve numerous great cafes & restaurants around the Island and work hard on keeping the quality.
